We require service providers that process information on our behalf to use appropriate safeguards and to process information only for authorized purposes, subject to applicable law.
7. International Data Transfers
Positive Horizons and its service providers may process or store personal information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from the laws in your jurisdiction.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by selecting the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us at coach@horizonadvantageholdings.com. You may also opt out of marketing text messages by following the instructions provided in the message. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out of marketing does not stop administrative or service-related communications.
9. Cookies, Analytics, and Online Advertising
Our website may use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies to operate, secure, and provide requested website functions.
Where required by law, we will request consent before using non-essential analytics, advertising, personalization, or similar technologies. You may manage preferences through our cookie banner or preference center, if available.

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
No electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a legally reportable data breach, we will provide notices required by applicable law.

13. California Residents
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”), may provide rights depending on whether Positive Horizons meets the law’s applicability thresholds and whether an exemption applies.
Subject to applicable exceptions, California residents may have the right to:
● Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected
● Know the categories of sources, purposes, and third parties involved
● Correct inaccurate personal information
● Delete personal information
● Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information

Positive Horizons does not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under 16. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a “Limit the Use and Disclosure of My Sensitive Personal Information” mechanism unless applicable law requires otherwise.
To submit a California request, contact us at coach@horizonadvantageholdings.com. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We may verify your identity by requesting information reasonably necessary to match you with our records. We will not require you to create an account to submit a request.
We will generally confirm receipt of a request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If reasonably necessary, we may extend the response period by an additional 45 days, and we will notify you of the extension and reason. If we cannot verify your identity, we may deny the request or provide only information that can be provided without verification, as permitted by law.
If we deny a California request, you may appeal by contacting coach@horizonadvantageholdings.com with the subject line “California Privacy Appeal.” We will generally respond to an appeal within 45 days. If more time is reasonably necessary, we may extend the response by up to 60 additional days and will explain the reason. If we deny an appeal, we will explain why and provide information about how to contact the California Privacy Protection Agency or California Attorney General, as applicable.
14. Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and Other U.S. State Privacy Laws
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other states that may enact applicable laws, may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, portability, consent withdrawal, and opt-out rights relating to targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or certain profiling.
Where applicable, Positive Horizons will process requests and provide notices required by the law of the requesting individual’s state.
For Colorado residents, we will generally respond to a rights request within 45 days and may extend the response period once by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, with notice of the extension. Colorado residents may appeal a denial by contacting coach@horizonadvantageholdings.com. We will generally respond to an appeal within 45 days and may extend the response by 60 days when reasonably necessary. If an appeal is denied, we will provide information about submitting a complaint to the Colorado Attorney General.
For Connecticut residents, we will generally respond within 45 days and may extend the response by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, with notice. For Utah residents, applicable response periods and rights will be handled according to the Utah Consumer Privacy Act.
Where a state law requires a specific opt-out preference signal, appeal process, authorized-agent procedure, or additional notice, Positive Horizons will provide that mechanism as required.
15. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, applications, social-media platforms, scheduling services, payment providers, or other services.
We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of third parties. Their collection and use of information are governed by their own policies. Review those policies before providing personal information.
16. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
We do not currently make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects about clients.
If this changes, we will provide any notice, explanation, consent, opt-out, or human-review rights required by applicable law.
17. Do Not Track and Preference Signals
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no uniform industry standard, our website may not respond to all such signals.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our business, services, technology, legal requirements, or privacy practices.
